Does it really matter who processes your online payments? Example, do customers shy away from using sites that use paypal as they payment processors, or should you pay for a merchant account through your personal bank?Rikki

They state that certain merchants can post charges to the account for up to a year after the account is closed. Well, I had never done business with either merchant before my account was closed. One fraudulent charge was Cingular for $984.Sang

I might have the wrong name. When I say card processor, I mean companies like Google checkout, 2Co, Clickbank, e.t.c., people who you need to process your customers credit cards. I think another name for them is merchant account.
